Discuss administration options with your veterinarian. Missed Doses: Give the dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose, and continue with the regular schedule. Do not give 2 doses at once. Side Effects: Your pet may experience lack of appetite and vomiting and diarrhea may occur. If stomach upset occurs, try giving the medication with food. Finally, it combats specific Mycoplasma species. Treat for a period of1-5 days, based on the infection severity. All treated chickens should consume an adequate amount to receive a therapeutic dosage rate (50 mg for every pound of body weight). Do not offer any other drinking water - only medicated drinking water. For turkeys, combine this concentrate with water for 50 total gallons of treated water. Treat for a period of 2-5 days, based on the infection severity. All treated turkeys should consume an adequate amount to receive a therapeutic dosage rate (60 mg for every pound of body weight).
