It continues to exert action against many pathogens, and it can be used in weaning and nursing. Formulated For: For swine use only How is Medication Given? Intramuscularly inject into the postauricular neck region at a dosage rate of 2.27 mg of Ceftiofur per pound of body weight (1 mL of suspension for every 44 pounds of body weight). Never inject a dose exceeding 2 mL in one injection site, as this can lead to violative residues. Pigs weighing more than 88 pounds should receive multiple injections. What Results Can I Expect?
