Place the bristle head against the inside of the cheek. Pinch the cheek around the bristle head and firmly roll the swab around the pinched area. Pinch and swirl for about 15 seconds. Repeat with the remaining swabs. Allow the swabs to air dry for 3-5 minutes by standing up. After the swabs have dried, place them back into the swab packet. Use the barcode sticker to close the packet, but do not seal it completely. Place a second barcode sticker on the front of the swab packet and keep the remaining barcode for your records.
