Cats are particularly sensitive to essential oils and essential oil-based products as they are missing a liver enzyme needed to effectively break down and expel essential oil compounds. If your dog shares a home with a cat we suggest you refrain from using the outdoor spray if the cat tends to groom the dog. Directions: Spray on any exposed areas of skin to smell as much like the scent as possible. Spray generously on your lower back and front, under your shirt and around your waistline, around your ankles, neck and hairline. The product contains natural oils so please use at your discretion when spraying over clothing. Do not inhale and take care to protect your eyes when applying. Spray dogs similarly, and if they are afraid, spray into your hands and rub onto them. This is also the best way to coat a dog's face. Ingredients: Each ingredient has a purpose. Jojoba oil is a natural oil that closely resembles human sebum. Acting as a natural moisturizer, jojoba oil provides many benefits to your skin and hair. Purpose: Jojoba oil acts as a carrier oil for the lemongrass. The witch hazel plants possess strong antioxidant and astringent properties, perfect for killing bacteria that live within skin pores, stopping cellular damage that can lead to skin cancer, preventing signs of aging, and speeding up dermal healing. Purpose: Witch hazel naturally enhances the productâs scent. We use a specific ratio of witch hazel so it wonât overwhelm or take over the essential oil scent, but work to enhance it instead. Atlantick's lemongrass oil comes from the tropical plant Cymbopogon flexuosus. Lemongrass has a strong citrus scent, is a common ingredient in personal care products, and has historically been used for a multitude of health and wellness related applications. Possible health benefits may include antifungal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties, relief of stress, anxiety and depression, and more.
