Directions: 1. Install the Luminaire on the aquarium glass by placing the external magnet inside the aquarium, make sure of secure mounting of the Luminaire on the glass of the aquarium. 2. Connect USB power connector of the power supply cord to the female contact of the power supply (the power supply is outside the scope of supply). 3. Plug the power supply in the electricity mains (the power supply is outside the scope of supply). The device is ready for use. Caution: ATTENTION! It is necessary to keep a distance between a cardiac stimulator and neodymium magnets located inside the product. The magnetic field can disable a cardiac stimulator! The close proximity of the Luminaire to laptops, mobile phones, deaf-aids, mechanical watches, magnetic bank cards and other devices can lead to the failure of the latter due to the presence of a magnetic field in the mounting of the Luminaire. Never look directly at the LED light! The inappropriate use of this Luminaire could be hazardous to the eyes. For AC 100-240 V - 50/60 Hz only! Ensure that the mains supply is protected by a residual current circuit breaker (maximum residual current 30 mA). In case of doubt, ask your local electrician. For installation purposes, disconnect the Luminaire by removing the mains plug to avoid the possibility of blinding your eyes. For indoor use only. The Luminaire must always be at least 20 mm / 0.8 inch away from the water surface. Do not operate the Luminaire under water. Only operate Luminaire when fully assembled. Always disconnect all equipment in the water from the power supply before reaching into the aquarium. After installation of the Luminaire, the mains plug must always be accessible. Risk of burning: The Luminaire becomes hot when in use. Do not touch it with bare skin during and shortly after operation. Risk of overheating: Always ensure effective cooling; do not cover the Luminaire or LED driver. LED driver may reach a temperature of 65 degrees C/150 degrees F. The Luminaire cable and all cables leading from the aquarium must be fitted with a drip loop so that any water running down cannot reach the equipment or the mains socket. If a cable or the LED driver gets damaged, the Luminaire must no longer be used. A damaged cable or LED driver must be replaced. Only genuine Manufacturer replacement parts may be used. The Luminaire is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory, or mental capacity, lack of experience, and/or lack of knowledge, unless said persons are supervised for their own safety by another responsible person or are given instructions by this person on how to use the equipment. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device. The LED driver and the Luminaire must not be fixed onto or in an aquarium cover. The Luminaire must not be disposed of with normal household waste. It should be brought to your local waste disposal facility. In the event that the Luminaire accidentally falls into the water of the aquarium, immediately remove the plug from the power socket! Allow the Luminaire to dry completely prior to using it again.
